I have seen many ICOS come and go over the years but now that investment capital is pouring into blockchain backed projects from Big Wigs and the more traditional investment vehicles, investors are getting far more selective and savvy to their approach in crypto investments. This specific platform will provide other real estate developers and companies to offer their project onto the REALISTO PLATFORM for a fee, in which they can showcase their projects to REALISTO Investors to gain capitalization for their housing projects. 70% of the fees collected from these offers will be paid out to REA TOKEN HOLDERS! Again, this is more passive income that can grow to a considerable amount once the platform gets popular and gains many listings. REA TOKEN AND REALISTO ICO
There are two stages to the REALISTO CROWDSALE.
The first stage was a PRE ICO with a maximum funding threshold of 2 MILLION REA for sale. That limit was successfully reached and we are going into the main ICO phase.
The initial cost of REA TOKEN during the pre sale was 0.70 cents a token and the cap was 2 million REA Tokens.
For the main ICO the pricing is as follows:
WEEK 1: 0.85 USD
WEEK 2: 0.90 USD
WEEK 3: 0.95 USD
WEEK 4: 1.00 USD
THE ICO will take place from 25th November 2018 and will conclude on 25th DECEMBER 2018. There is no maximum cap for the ICO itself but once the ICO finishes there will be no more REA TOKENS issued. So the maximum supply of REA will be determined at the end of the crowdsale.
87% of the tokens will be allotted for the ICO, 10% of tokens are reserved for the Realisto Team and 3% are reserved for Community bounties. 90% of the ICO FUNDS collected will go into purchasing real estate and the other 10% will go towards operational running costs.
